About Real Costa Blanca

Real Costa Blanca was founded in 2009 as a joint venture of 2 Dutch businessmen who have earned there stripes in the Costa Blanca real estate sector over the last 5 years. Han Prüst used to work at a Remax office close to the marina in Torrevieja and Remco Riksen founded a number of real estate companies of which CB Repossessions in Villamartin (Orihuela Costa) was the latest addition.

Since they saw the opportunities in the market over the last 5 years they were certain that this joint venture would not only benefit them and allow them to expand their businesses but would be a good opportunity for their clients as well. In September 2009 this resulted in a brand new office on the edge of the city centre of Torrevieja next to the Parque de las Naciones (Park of the Nations), close to all the entrance roads to Torrevieja.
